Career

I am extremely experienced in the design and direction of both still and moving image for broadcast, sponsorship, commercials and 360 campaigns. Along with my experience I bring strong leadership and motivation to a team, always striving to hard to make every job as creative as possible and I have gained numerous awards for the work I have produced. I have extensive experience of directing talent for both stills and live-action, additionally I have a very good understanding of all the latest post production techniques, directing motion control shoots, CGI and visual effects. Additionally I have excellent knowledge of the Adobe suite allowing me to produce high end concept visuals through to animating and compositing final deliverables.

During my career I have worked full-time in the in-house creative departments of BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Sky and A+E Networks also at design agencies Plume partners and SVC Design. Specialising in on-air design and campaigns I have been involved in a wide range of projects including channel branding, promos, sponsorship and titles. 

I set up and ran a design studio in Soho for 5 years working for numerous advertising agencies creating sponsorship sequences, commercials and nmemonics these include M&C Saatchi, J Walter Thompson, Publicis, Rainey Kelly and McCann.

Whilst at design agencies and as a freelance designer I worked internally and externally for numerous channels both in the here and abroad these include BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Discovery in both UK and USA, Disney, A+E, GSkyB, Viasat, Chello Media, UTV, VH-1, TVN Poland, TV2 Norway additionally I worked for branding design agencies Lambie-Nairne and Kemistry. 

Most recently I have been employed by A+E Networks as their Design Creative Director managing all the design output for 21 channels across the UK and EMEA as well as launching the CI Play streaming service and numerous fast channels. This work consisted of 360 campaigns, key art, promos, titles, channel branding and on-air navigation.
